One more rubbish issue with S23 -
Pattern lock is diabled & even after software update..not resolved.
Samsung never lefts any oppurtunity to harrass their customers.

What do you mean by "disabled", exactly?

Okay nvm I saw the comment with the screenshot. Next time put it in the post so that its more convenient. In the meantime, I'll check what might have happened.

If you will see the screenshot..M unable to change my lock type as Swipe/pattern/None option is disabled..

Are you from Samsung ? If yes..One more issue is there which is not resolved even after the software update from Nirala bazar aurangabad service centre

Go to Settings > Security and privacy > other security settings > clear credentials

It'll get fixed

Try removing all screen lock types and re-enable them. If that doesn't fix the issue, do a factory reset because there is nothing else which I can figure out. This issue has been reported for the first time.

And what is the other issue that the service center failed to fix?
