Just looking to see if anyone else is experiencing horrendous battery life on their S23 FEs? The device not doing much heavy lifting, 90% of the time it's on WiFi so wit 5G networks off, the battery just isn't lasting not even a full day, its mainly used for browsing through the socials maybe some wifi testing and troubleshooting here there and Google maps which in the same time frame an OPPO A74 5G will have same battery life as this phone considering the OPPO is 3 years old. Another thing is the heat this device generates internally is ridiculous at a point I couldn't even hold the phone. Any suggestions on a way to improve this? Not sure I'd samsung is aware of this ? Big chance could be the software since most of the ba kground apps and services are disabled.

I think your device is the Exynos version but maybe the battery will improve over time.

I unfortunately do have the Exyos 2200 like I don't understand how it is advertised on having the Snapdragon SM8450
I have maxed on what I can save on battery and honestly this is just appalling, phones not even a week old so all applications are updated.
I have less then 5 hours of screen time and this phones battery is suffering

I am also experiencing the same problem of overheating. It's been only 3 days having the S23 FE I am even thinking of sending it for inspection

Some of the heating issues that's been ongoing however I've stories of the phone heating up during charging which could boil down to charging block. However the attached images is of my phone 33.4 is what normal Temps are HOWEVER I currently run my main Sim as a physical card and I have a second Sim which is an E Sim. Both don't run concurrently only my main, the e Sim only gets switched on for certain calls etc but when it does go on the phone will be OK for a couple of minutes then it starts to BOIL. The worse part is that when you have both running for about 10 mins when you try and switch off the e Sim the system settings will crash and the only other way is to restart the phone. I'm hoping the November 27th Android 14 update will fix many things
