Galaxy SI went to Samsung service center and got my phone s22 ultra updated to android 16 one ui 8.0 but after the update my phone is facing some problems and one very big problem is 1 whenever I download anything on my phone it is not showing up sometimes I know it will get fixed when the update comes again but 2 the second problem that is there will not get fixed that problem is that after the update the zooming quality of my s22 ultra camera has become very bad earlier when I used to take photos of the moon it used to be clear but now the quality is so poor that I don't feel like taking photos It doesn't work, what a strange company it is, it is bent upon destroying its own market, oh oh, after thinking a lot I thought I should write it and tell everyone, now I don't feel like buying a Samsung phone again.

Please perform the below-mentioned troubleshooting steps, these may help in resolving your concern.
● Kindly check physical condition of your camera lens.
● Kindly clean the camera lens by microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprint, dirt and dust from the camera lens.
● Reset the camera settings: Tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
● Update the software if available: https://www.samsung.com/in/support/mobile-devices/samsung-galaxy-smartphone-how-to-update-software/
● You can reset your device by following the steps:
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember the password, then advise to reset (Forgot password) your Google account.
Path: Settings> General Management>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tap on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.
If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> Select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.
