Samsung provides free screen replacement to some S21 and S22 Models until Sept 30, 2025.
But your device should not be physically damaged. I think you should visit the service centre and ask them to replace it.
Moreover you can report this issue by:
Open Samsung member application >> tap on support >> tap on send feedback >> choose composer option >> select error >> select the appropriate category >> type your query.

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue and go to service center for replace/ repair it's. My s22 mobile display got Green line on 1st of Jan after software update out of warranty after repeated request samsung changed my mobile display free of cost samsung service center and samsung customer support don't provide free replacement open my galaxy app send email to Samsung care + you may get positive reply try
