Hello everyone please help me my Galaxy s22 ultra is showing Galaxy A14 image in settings >about phone option. Also not getting updates. Please help me to solve this issue. Thanks.

It is normal for a cpid phone

Thanks alot brother for your reply. What should i do to get an update without losing any data and settings as you know, android 15 and new version of ui is coming.

But my phone is not getting updates. I think so because there are no updates for Galaxy a14. Thats why my s22 ultra is not getting update. Do you know how can i fix it ?

Some shopkeepers don't do it right. They do not enable the updates option. So, you should go back to where you bought this phone and ask him to fix it.
