My s22 ultra with baseband SCG14KDU1CYC4 haven't received One UI7 yet. What could be the problem? Some people even in the same area as me have received. 

Anyone who can help me out why it taking so long or what's happening?

Best thing to do yet worst is to update manually 🥲 using Odin

Manually update, you'll also start getting OTA updates after that
