My name is Abdul Rehman, and I would like to bring attention to a serious issue I’ve encountered with my Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. Just yesterday, I updated my phone to the latest software version, and immediately after the update, I noticed green and pink lines appearing on my display.


This issue came out of nowhere. My phone was working perfectly fine before the update. There was no physical damage, no water exposure—nothing that could have caused this. It is very disappointing to see such a problem on a premium flagship device, especially when it happens due to a software update provided by the company itself.
I urge Samsung to take responsibility for this issue and provide a proper solution—whe
ther that means a screen replacement or a software fix—without charging customers who trusted the brand with their money.
