I am writing to raise a complaint regarding a green line issue on my Samsung Galaxy S22, it cost approx 10k for just display repair, which I believe is unfair since the issue is not due to misuse but a technical fault. I kindly request you to provide a free repair or replacement for devices impacted. I believe Samsung values its customers and looking forward to issue been address promptly.

I think samsung provide that free replacement of scree 3 year from purchase date . I read it some were in article. & Also a user post such information also in this member page also... the last date for free replacement date is 31 Dec 2024

Recently, Samsung has given news that they will replace display free of cost. Please visit Samsung service center. Explain & justify them.
I have also lost my S21 same way, but that time Samsung refused for FOC display replacement.
Since other competitors like Oneplus are giving lifetime display replacement free of cost. Hopefully Samsung will understand you & do the needful for you

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I am tired of this. I visit a few Samsung service centers, and they tell me to pay for my S22 display. It costs 15 to 16 thousand, so I am telling my friends or whoever asks for buying new phone suggestions that I am telling them don't ever buy a Samsung mobile.
