Hi i got green line on my s22 after updating it the security patch i went to service they said your device is out of warranty i didn't find solution and i did my jobsheet after that i mailed the ceo of samsung about the issue. After one day i got call form ceo team saying we can't give free screen replacement i asked for it after that i got another call from team they said they validated my phone they can give discount on the screen replacement they said i want to service charges 649 and they will replace the screen for free then i went to service center they said the part is not available they order it after one week i got call from service center the part came then i went handover the phone the engineer after one day i got my phone with screen replacement its now working fine all thanks to samsung ceo and service centre they were very friendly i got resolved my issue

If your facing same issue and your phone is out of warranty and your phone didn't have any physical damage or liquid damage after they will validate using your jobsheet if they didn't find any isuue they will give you discount and you have to pay only service charges

Samsung is not offering the same for all S22 users. I also have a green line issue for my S22 and got a job sheet but on 27th nov i mailed at the ceo part and got a call saying since it is out of warranty i will have to pay the amount and get it fixed. The only thing customer support and ceo support ppl kept repeating is that it is out of warranty. Even though i have the job sheet they aren't raising complaints.
