Hi All,

Just wanted to update regarding green line issue on my samsung galaxy s22+ which came after December security software update.

After reaching samsung through email and then discussion over call , finally they had agreed to replace the display.
First they asked to visit authorised sevice center, they had inspected phone for any physical damage and as asked by samsung support team ,provided job sheet for the repair.
Then after emailing job sheet and proof of purchase(invoice), they informed over call that parts would be provided free of cost.

Finally I paid Rs 649, which is the service labour cost.
 
Thanks Samsung for solving my issue, though I'm highly skeptical of doing any further software upgrade.

1st step is write email to support.india@samsung.com

Then they will give some general troubleshooting steps which you can try. If it doesn't work reply wit all details and get call back from them.

In call you need to give all details and convince them that update caused the issue.

Hey abhi👋🏻 please send me the bill and receipt because I'm suffering from 3 months for same green line issue and they are still saying they dont have policy for free replacement 🥲
