S22 freeze and restarting

I wanna how to fix this proble happening since 3 days on my phone freeze and goes restarting for like 9 10 times in a days mostly at night and something erase my data of 1 day from socail media platform 

What should i do? What is the problem software or something sometimes ui system also crashes and shut down my phone

Wipe cache partition:

3. Press and hold Volume Up + Power button until recovery mode appears
4. Select “Wipe cache partition” and confirm, then reboot
5. If the issue persists, we recommend backing up your data and performing a factory reset:
   Settings > General management > Reset > Factory data reset
