As you all know, S22 series still didn't get OneUI 6 update in Gulf region, but has already received the update in other regions, including India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Thailand and Malaysia.
The build number for OneUI 6 in those countries is S908EXXU7DWK4. This build was made on 8th November and includes November 2023 security patch.
Since OneUI 6 is delayed in Gulf region, it is now a test for Samsung. Will they release the same build as other regions (DWK4) or will they give us a newer build with December security patch?
If they give us the same build (DWK4), that means there was no delay and Samsung didn't fix any bugs, they just delayed the update for no reason. This will be the biggest injustice ever as we waited so long to get the same version which was released to other countries on 29th November.
If they give us a newer build with December security patch, then that means some bugs were discovered and that's why the update was delayed for Gulf region.
Let's see next week if Samsung can release the update and we will see which build is released for Gulf users.
Since 2009 I'm using Android phones, most of the time Samsung phones. Now I'm considering to switch (unless Samsung Gulf be transparent to customers). If noth America, Europe and Asia can release updates on time, why Gulf is lagging?
Guys our patience will pay look at the s23 ultra user suffering from battery drain and other issues after updating to one ui 6 us waiting means we hopefully won't have to suffer with these issues and wait until a fix is launched it could avoid problems so be patient everything will be good for us s22 users.
