Ever since the software of the mobile has been updated, it is facing a lot of problems in Spen, it is not able to connect. If anyone knows about this problem please let me know

Hello,​

Please follow the below steps:
​Settings >> General Management >> Reset >> Reset Network Settings
​
Then try to connect the S-pen again.
