Hey @SamsungIndia 
Shame on you for the latest software update. My S22 ultra was providing battery backup of one day easily prior the update but after the latest security patch update its battery life has bcme pathetic, it hardly gives battery backup of 6 hrs now. Kindly fix the issue or provide us the liberty to roll back the previous version.

→ You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Composer> Select error report> select the appropriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Hi Team Samsung,

Don't play games, this is a flagship device of you're and if you are fooling customer by just replying like a bot that will have bad User Experience and Bad word of mouth.
Same I'm also facing battery drain issue.
After Oct update I was not being able to update my apps from play store somehow I got help from Google community but Samsung has done nothing apart from just rest your phone.

Take feedbacks and improve, Don't just for the sake of giving security patches every month push it and make the customers unsatisfied Don't help.
