After buying a phone with unbelievable price 5500 Dhs, just because it has 512 gb storage

The camera stopped working since the first week, I couldn't bring it to the service and I called them . " ne w software available at the service center will fix your issue they said".

Went to the service center and they installed the software, the camera worked for 6 or 7 days then its showed the same issue.

I contacted them, they said a new major update is coming soon just wait.
Downloaded the update , the camera worked for 3 days and again didn't work.

They said another update is coming next month will fix the camera issue, downloaded that update and the camera didn't work at all.

They told me bring your phone and they said that camera replaced with new one. Another 3 days then the camera didn't work.

Today I called them and they said just bring to the service center. 

Do you think I have to visit you every 3 or 5 days and every time you erase all my data?

Is this the way how we treated when we are buying a phone with this price?

Please just ask any apple customer about their after sale services. 

You can't imagine how much I regret buying this phone.

I was just planning to write something very similar to what ur going through as this is absolutely ridiculous when we pay so much for what is supposed to be a flagship model and this is what we r facing from the start!! I bought mine 7/7/2022 untill today which is less than month i struggle from overheating and extreme battery drain. i am already tired from 2 resets done and now again i am with the same issue!!!! This is soooo surprising and unfair!!!

I have the same issue of battery drainage and when I told them they said we did the diagnosis and only the camera is faulty.

My 20 Ultra battery will stay much longer even with battery degradation

Hi, im still facing the battery drain issue after 4 months of use and constant updates. Its very disappointing considering the price and specs. Will wait for the new iPhone and get rid of this asap.
