Following on my earlier post of motherboard failure during software upgrade. I just wanted to add that since it is a common problem faced by many users Samsung does not reply to any queries regarding this problem. They give the standard options of factory reset and using the power button and volume down and nothing else. They avoid replying because im sure there are many who would ask for a replacement phone. For me I have changed over to IPhone

No thanks but I changed my phone and reading the similar issues faced by Samsung users during a software update we have no control over, I have decided to move on from Samsung products. This is basically a scam to force customers to shell out money for repairs. Thank you and have an excellent day ahead in Samsung!!
