I just received my S22 Ultra and want to redeem my Galaxy Buds Pro from the members app. Unfortunately there is no 'banner' to do so. Where can I get access to the banner to redeem my Galaxy Buds Pro?

I was able claim my buds successfully, still waiting for them. However, I did not receive a charger with this phone. Only the cable. Can you help?

You only receive a cable. Fast charging block available at Samsung and supplier stores. It's around R499
