The large security update is here. 

Still not clear if it tackles the Throttling that Samsung were discovered doing in the GOS.

Yeah it doesn't look good over there at Samsung now, there will be major changes soon. They released a statement to The Verge, after many many people exposed their throttling plan. Apparently the benchmark apps were excluded so people wouldn't notice.
