I received my phone on April 10, 2022.

2 Days ago, on Sat April 16, 2022, i called Samsung helpline, generated complaint by provdidng my pre-order serial number from the form, and they highlighted my complaint.

Today on Monday 18, 2022, the coupon was there, i downloaded & placed the gifts order.

Ap ne helpline pr jo info di hai, like your pre order number, samsung id spells etc, usay recheck kr len again helpline pr call kr k.
Coz aaj hi main voucher redeem kiya or aaj hi call/email b aa gai Samsung ki trf se for delivery. They are active.
