S22 Ultra FHD 60 Video Recording Issue #Samsung Community

Hi,

S22 Ultra having Camera Recording issue while recording through FHD 60 FPS, When we used to switch to 1x to 3x Mode or 3x to 1x Mode for that timeline they not able to capture the frame and it fill the video with Dramastic Image like a multicolor line frame as below shown.

@SamsungMember please fix this issue

I am Facing This Issue.
Tomorrow They will Control My S22 Ultra Device with Team Viewer and collect Logs.
If Problem will not Solved in Next November Update then i will Sale My Device. No other Option.
I can't wait every month for Updates with hope of Improvement.

Why shall you sell, Samsung Team have to fix this

If Not Fix Problem only then i will Sale Phone.

Best and reliable Camera Performance is Priority for me.

Temporarily i have set Video Mode on FHD30 but at FHD30 Video Smoothness Decreased.

Kya November ki Update ke Bad Aap Ka FHD60 Video wala Problem Solve Huva Ya Nahi?

Mene Mera Phone Update Se Pehle Hi Authorized Service Center me Admit Kar Diya he.

Service Center walo ne Pehle Phone Computer se Update Kiya Lekin problem Solve nahi huva.

Ab bol rahe he ki Sabhi Back Cameras Replace Kar ke dekhte he.

Agar ham FHD60 Pe AUTO FPS OFF Karte he to problem nahi hoti. Lekin AUTO FPS OFF Karne se Low Light me Video Achhi nahi Aati.

Service Center wale bhi samaj nahi pa rahe he ki Yeh Hardware Related Problem he Ya Software Related.
