I bought my S22 ultra, There are no problems found during my daily usage. But suddenly (12th July 2025) night when I was using my S22 ultra to watch a video on Facebook suddenly White light band appeared on my screen and the right portion of the display showing tinted color/mixture of green & yellow appeared without any reason I don't know. My device have no physical damage or I have dropped my device never ever. Its display motion smoothness frequency was set to Adaptive. Then from yesterday night, I found from various sources and even in the Samsung Mobile community also, that some people using S22 Ultra bought from various regions are facing with this same issue. Some have white band on the right side and some of them got it on the left side next to the camera cutout. But the problem is the same.
A quick temporary solution is that, to set the display frequency set 60 Hrz and the white band disappeared. But the screen is slightly yellowish than normal.
After all this, I contacted Samsung Customer Care and they took my phone remote, whatever steps they are saying, I had already done those like reset settings, switch on off, factory reset etc. Then I requested them to launch a complaint and they launch my complaint.
