S22 Ultra Camera Issue

I'm sorry, but is the S22 Ultra's video quality supposed to be this **bleep**? That's a whole lotta video noise for a high-end phone. I was recording while using Video mode, UHD@60fps. Is this the phone's fault or am I missing some setting?

30fps is not a good frame rate.

You cannot differentiate much.. it improves detail per frame
