I'm sorry, but is the S22 Ultra's video quality supposed to be this **bleep**? That's a whole lotta video noise for a high-end phone. I was recording while using Video mode, UHD@60fps. Is this the phone's fault or am I missing some setting?

Are you using ultra wide angle lens? Scene optimiser and other video enhancement features usually don't work in UHD 60fps so try to record at 30fps with main lens you will notice less noise

Using x1 lens. No point in 30fps.

Try 1080p @ 60fps if you still see grains then unfortunately something is wrong with your phone

I tried from Pro Video, with FHD@120fps. There were no grains with no video stability. I'll try again with FHD@60fps.

I think UHD & 8K works best in well lit areas.

Yes but on my s23u UHD 60fps also works great even in low light but as soon as i turn on 8k it turns to **bleep**%t so much noise in low light scenes

Yo, check if 'Auto FPS' is on in your video settings. Just tried with it on, and it seems perfect in low light conditions, although it downgrades the fps. With the option off, same issue is appearing where the video seems absolute **bleep** in low light conditions.

Try using UHD 30fps or FHD 30fps and enable auto fps in camera settings
You can also clean camera lens if it's smudgy
