S22: Query on system wide theming

Anyone using S22 series, have you experienced the following?

1. When using wallpaper based theme, the clock widgets of One UI stay White in home screen and lock screen.

2. When using wallpaper based theme, the volume panel stays Gray and white.

I'm already using it, but was wondering why Theme Park ignores volume panel and widgets
