Recently, I received Jio 5G welcome offer. When i tried to activate, it says setting issue. 
If someone has already faced such issue, share ur thoughts.

Might be some kind of network issue, wait for somedays.

This message comes even you have enabled 5g.. because the 5g is not available in your area.. you can visit some other area and you will definitely get 5g

Go to settings , connection , network connection type and choose 5g/4g/3g option , which i think is the very first option , restart your phone and check , might be in ur area there is no 5g coverage maybe in some other area but u need to change ur settings first.. itnis working perfectly fine on my Airtel as well as jio sims

I am facing same issues. From mobile network settings  5g/4g/3g is enabled, I even restarted phone still no luck with either Jio or Airtel
