Its real..Today i am watching some movie on my mobile and suddenly one white line appear out of nowhere. For 2mins I literally thought there is some problem with the picture quality (downloaded) because while watching my mobile is neither connected to internet nor connected for charging and also the last update i have done was around 1 month back. But finally i realised the rumors which i am hearing has actually happened with me.The 4/5 year best software update/ experience are now just become a marketing gimmick.Within 2 years i faced 2 mojor problems , 1st my backpannel removed on summer and now its my screen time. It doesn't matter how careful you are using , you need to stop updating your phone if you want to enjoy the other good features of the phone like camera , display quality etc for a longe time .Woow!!!!!.. 
My mother is using a mobile for 8 years , that literally has no issue. I made i big mistake by buying s23 few days back, because its very hard when i have decided not to do the software update forever which is one of Prime feature in Mobile giants like Samsung.

Honest opinion now a days don't fall for best software update/experience. Go for other features on which mobile brand is providing the best value.

Yes I agree it's available , we only need to pay 500 something for the service charge only. But they will keep my mobile for 3days and i again need to take the backup of everything as well. See bro maturity  is when peopel will understand TIME IS MONEY. I faced 2 major issue in just 6 months , i.e backpannel removed and this screen issue with NORMAL USAGE(confirmed by service center). And samsung is saying S series is there flagship phone. I never saw backpannel issue in any of the mobile, used by my family and friends,  even if some of friends are heavy gamer as well.

I whole concern is these issues are coming due to software updates , which is Samsungs most highlighted features and i truly appreciate that , but what is the point if your mobile  is start facing this kind of wired issues due to software update. Except software  experience,  other Brands are also giving better value in Flagship range. If i am not going to update my phone , then why should go for SAMSUNG..

So thats why again i m repeating 4/5 year of software  update/experience is now become a MARKETING GIMMICK,  same as mobiles sailing with highest mega pixel camera few years back. Now people understand , it is having no practical use. Similarly  its time for the software update as well.

I still can't believe  i brought s23 few days back. So open your eyes friends Think wisely not Blindly , which i did because of my blind faith on samsung.

May be globally you are selling a different version of mobile , which u r actually doing right by giving different  chipsets. May be Samsung  is thinking Indian is a populated country and these issues might hide in the crowd.

In 2 years journey i have faced 2 issues(backpannel removed , screen ) within 6 months. If this is what rigorous quality test and the globally recognized  mean then my 🫡  to Samsung.  Many people have reported this incident after update but still this is not recognized.

I have already visited service center they did some physical inspection , everything was in good condition but still they told me i need to submitted my phone for 3 days they will do some further inspection throughly and provide me the solution. Means you are not ready to recognize these issues are happening due to software update , which so many people are facing.

Last time also when my backpannel was removed , service center guys thoroughly checked my mobile , there was no issues , not even overheating above 40/41 which they found out from software track record. But still they make me pay the charges. Thats time it was just 1.6 years. If this is the quality  you are selling then 🙏
