Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace /repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

I went to service center today they said you need to replace display but it costs above 10k. I've asked about free display replacement they told that 2 Years completed under 2 years only we do replacement.
And I said the policy is under 3 years not 2 years without any physical damage
And he said it took to 14 to 15 days to get that free replacement we need to check the mobile if there is any water damage and send the parts to company and they need to approve for Free Display Replacement policy. It took to 14 to 15 days.
