Since Friday my phone is heating up extremely when I use certain apps or camera. My phone is now 8 months old... suggestion please.

Hi, Mirnajvb kindly optimize your device.

1. From the home screen, swipe either up or down to access apps.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Select Battery and device care.
4. Tap Optimize now.

If the issue persists, please perform a soft reset of your device.

Press and hold the power and volume down buttons for about 10 seconds.

*The device may take a screenshot, however, keep holding the buttons for a few more seconds.

Thx I will try that. Very dumb question, must the button be to left or rigth🙈 I am affraid to do it wrong then I cause more trouble. And what will you advise I do not optimize. I already did the optimization but maybe I did it wrong. And the soft reset, will it delete any data?

And also my battery is already at 28 % after it was charge at 100 % at 6 this morning. And I was not on my phone much...

For remote assistance, you are required to make a call to the call centre or email us with the query description then provide your contact numbers so as to give you a call.
