Super steady crops the footage down from 8K 24fps or UHD 60fps to FHD 30fps to make it super stable...
Better record at UHD 30fps to get OIS & detailed footage both at the same time... 🙂

Super steady mode works when you have ample lighting condition. Better record on FHD 30FPS for better stability, lighting and less space utilisation.
