S21 ultra stops internet when using both sim cards

I am facing this problem with my s21 ultra where my Mobile stops internet completely and only upload activity sign is shown in the Lte arrows, no download activity. This issue occurs when I use both the sim cards; if I disable one sim card the mobile data works fine.

Maybe you have enabled data limit, if you exceded it's stop working

No, no data limits configured. The internet stops randomly and starts after some time or if I enable, disable airplane mode
