Galaxy SAt this point you'll be at the recovery menu. Using the volume down button scroll down and highlight wipe cache partition and power button to select it. Use volume button again to select and highlight yes then power button to confirm. When it's done you should see a success message saying complete then select reboot system now. Your device should reboot and hopefully the issue will be gone. You should find a YouTube guide if my steps aren't clear enough
