S21 ultra software update

Im not able to update my phone or check for any updates,it says "your current software version isnt supported,visit a service center"

Please help me out

I bought it a year ago & gave it to my mom
No way she did anything that has to do with that

Clearing cache partition might help. Try and see

Help me with the procedure

With your phone plugged in to your computer, press and hold power and volume up buttons until your phone powers on, hold until you see the Samsung logo then release.
At this point you'll be at the recovery menu. Using the volume down button scroll down and highlight wipe cache partition and power button to select it. Use volume button again to select and highlight yes then power button to confirm. When it's done you should see a success message saying complete then select reboot system now. Your device should reboot and hopefully the issue will be gone. You should find a YouTube guide if my steps aren't clear enough

Does it clear all my data? So i can create a backup

No it doesn't. On the recovery page you'll see there's also an option to erase data but you not gonna do that. But for safety just create a backup
