I have same issue. Phone overheats within minutes of a video call and auto shuts down. It becomes too hot to touch. My phone is within warranty I was wondering if this issue is enough to dump this phone for refund.
Very very disappointed with Samsung. I owned almost all the S-Series. I am currently using Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra phone. I hate this issue of device heating while on a video call.. Samsung haven't been able to fix this issue. Mine is an exynos variant. Thinking of switching to Apple.
After all these feedback and time taken with several updates today 20 June 2022 my phone S21 ultra 5G shuts down itself during a conference call. I don't believe Samsung can fix the problem at all. Very very disappointed

I cant believe how Samsung has been disappointing to me. The phone is completely unusable it overheats to an extent that you cannot even hold in the hand. I tooky s21 to the service center as it is still brand new and samsung claims the phone has passed the damaung test and has no issues. Samsung should not manufacture phones anymore
07/08/2023 same problem nothink change , problem not repair. i buy this phone as pre orde when it came out and was hoping that problem will be repair but still nothing . stupid that i didnt return it and request for refund . samsung s 10 was much better .
