Bruh honestly just wait a year and dump Samsung when possible.... These mods know the truth. Exynos Chips are inefficient and poorly optomised compared to their Snapdragon counterparts yet Samsung feels that they can sell junk to loyal customers in different regions. If the Exynos variants were so good why haven't Samsung fully introduced them in the US and why do people there refuse to buy Exynos Variants entirely. Mods please don't try to cover up a major flaw in Samsungs phones
Same here for a while already. I always used Samsung from note 3 to 20 ultra. Now S21ultra and after almost one year, I can say that it's first time when I'm disappointed 😞
Have the same exact problem, still in 20241022 after around 5 minutes in e.g. messenger or teams video call, it is more or less unusable, heats up and needs to reboot
This is not resolving the problem. We are now mid November and my phone after all these new updates, still overheats within a few minutes of a telehealth video call. What steps are you taking to fix this issue? I am at the point where I would love a refund.
I am having this problem and disappointed to hear that this is acceptable for the cost of such a phone. Video calls are the normal now and to have the device not cope is disappointing. It doesn't happen on my $200 Vivo phone.
