iphone 11 hangs , nothing changes in iphones over generations...it's just ios which every apple owner gets...why yo buy a new iPhone with no or minimal upgrades except going back to a old design...iPhone se2 is iPhone 8 , iPhone 12 is iPhone 5 boxy design ...
