We are sorry to hear that you are facing such issue, kindly try to switch the SIM Cards, and make sure of the network coverage in your area, we recommend you to perform reset network settings by following below path:
Settings > General Management > reset > reset network settings ( It will reset network settings to default)
If the issue still persist, kindly register your concern in Samsung Members app (Samsung Members app > Get help > Feedback > Error report/ask question).
Note: Please send device log files within 15 minutes of issue occurrence along with the exact issue details.
