S21 ultra calling issue

Does anyone facing phone switched of when someone calls i use dual sim but everyone complaints of my phone switched off but its not this happened after android 13 update

Try to factory reset cause it allways contains some old cached files after update which causes issues

We are sorry to hear that you are facing such issue, kindly try to switch the SIM Cards, and make sure of the network coverage in your area, we recommend you to perform reset network settings by following below path:

Settings > General Management > reset > reset network settings ( It will reset network settings to default)

Tried every thing didnt slove the problem so i visit samsung service center and they installed android 12 now all works great
