S21 ultra call history issue

Call history of call logs is blank when click on view more for a contact and call recording are displayed but can not be played within phone app. Any one else having this issue and know how to resolve. Samsung support has no idea whats going on.

i have version 12.1.05.47 of phone app. what version you have ?

he is not telling you to update you Phone app instead he is telling you to update your phone from One UI 3 to One UI 3.1

There is no 3.1 yet for S20 series

May be S20-series currently don't have One UI 3.1 but S21-series has One UI 3.1 out of the box. You will definitely get it within 1 month.
