Bought s 21 ultra 4 days back, but still not getting galaxy buds offer activated and battery drainage is so fast that even after using screen for half an hour drains battery by good 25 percent that too withoit watching any videos, just looking at gallery only for 15 min drained phones battery so much
The battery drainage issues need to be fixed in s 21 ultra as soon as possible and pls acitovate my ear buds offer

Kepping power saver on still getying a mediocre battery life

If you bought it a 4 days ago, it will take a couple of weeks for the battery to settle down. You should see much improved battery life after 2-3 weeks

Battery drain of 25% is not expected in 15 minutes...looks like defect. Contact service center soon. You have full warranty for 14 days only.
