Can someone explain how the XFA firmware update for the S20 ultra was released in November and a month later a newer Flagship S21 ultra is still waiting?
To me it looks like something is wrong especially given the majority of countries have already released it.
Please note that software updates are rolled out in batches and the rollout is region and model dependent, once available for your model you will receive an update to install the software
Thanks but I expect more from a flagship phone which is under two years old and getting updates after other older phones in exactly the same region. Your cut and paste replies go only as far as reinforcing that Samsung after sales support is pathetic
