Dear all,

I have been getting a green line on my phone since past month and i visted the service center to get it resolved. They said i have to change my display and it would have been free of cost as samsung was doing it for customers for this model as it was widespread due some software or hardware issue. But as it out of 3 year period my phone is not eligible.
I was shocked like how can i control this if and when i get this green line glitch and how much of a difference does few months makes in me getting this glitch. Totally lost all faith in this brand as I'm worried i have s24 ultra and s21 fe too and might get this sort of an answer. I think this is the end of samsung in my family.

P.S also mailed this to samsung service team got the same scripted answer. 

Update Dt. 6/10 another samsung phone s21 FE 5G in my family yesterday got the same issue of green line in phone display. 2 high end samsung phone have got the same problem. This is unbelievable paying so much for these high end phones and their sub standards hardware or software is creating such problems for customers.

Can you put the email snapshot on they committed to do free display replacement for green line issue if it's less than 3 years? I am facing the same green line issue but service center denied to do for free of cost.

This is the reply I'm getting... yesterday, my mother's s21 Fe 5G also got a green line in her phone. I don't know what to do anymore 😕 1728208889117.jpg

There is no solution as of yet, and I received no call back either. I think after so many years of using samsung phones, there is no worth 😕
