Clear Cache for Update Services
Navigate to Settings > Apps and search for "Software Update" or "Samsung Update."
Tap Storage > Clear Cache.
OR Open the Samsung Members app and check for any messages about updates or troubleshooting tools specific to your region or device.
OR Reboot in Safe Mode
Restart your device in Safe Mode and retry the update process. This can help rule out conflicts with third-party apps.
last option is to reset your phone ( backup important files somewhere first )
