Galaxy S
Why does the Galaxy S21 not support PUBG 120 frames? Is there a solution for this?

Need more powerful processor bro like snapdragon 8gen3 minimum to get 120fps
s21 ultra is 2021 old model with snapdragon 888 so 90fps is highest you can get
Even if you managed to enable 120fps by some software trick it will kill your battery in few minutes and phone will overheat

The device screen supports 120 Hz, but this problem is in PUBG. Other games such as Free Fire and Fortnite support 120 frames on this device.

120hz is different then 120fps bro
120hz is just embedded in display to give you smoothness for scrolling but FPS graphics is controlled by CPU and GPU which is snapdragon 888 in your phone and sadly it's not powerful enough to handle it
