Most update problems 🙃 can be fixed by two simple steps

1. Do a factory reset. A hard reset incase you added some language or modified or even rooted your phone

2. Download smart switch on pc or laptop 💻

Connect your phone with USB cable

Click on the 3 dots on the corner

It will inform you if there is any update available for your phone



You can actually start with step number 2 first . Just to make sure 👌

Try to Software update via Smart Switch
