I have purchased S21 Ultra yesterday. I have logged in the my galaxy app as well as samsung shop app. Buy can't find the redemption code or page for watch and smart tag. Where can I find it? TIA

wait for few days. it will appear . hope you completed registration and checking for the same on the new phone. use the same phone number on my galaxy to login that was used to activate the device.

Spoke today morning to samsung care. Still the offer has not gone live. Was supposed to be live yesterday by 5 PM. Now the offer will be live either by today or tomorrow.
