My issue is i have purchased brand new S21 ultra in Feb 2022 and just after 2 months spots have appeared on back side top and left corners.
I contacted customer service on whats app amd after few chats, they advised me to visit customer service center. Which i did today.
Services center informed me that i tried to peel off the back side cover and this issue is not covered under warrantee.
Now question is why would i try to peel of the back side of such an expensive product? And why such poor built quality issues are not covered under warranty?

Bro warranty claims try to finish by company in Pakistan while other countries respect warranty

Sadly I bought this phone as well ...and after few drops camera is showing spot and have charging issue ...going tomorrow to ask about warranty...with this much price I expect durability of my phone but no... I expected better from Samsung
