My phone keeps on rotating the opposite direction. Sometimes it gets stuck in landscape even while on auto-rotate. The problem also seems to affect YouTube.

I have managed to find out that ISPs are the ones doing fraudulent acts of blocking our phones' dual SIM.

For my case the culprit was MTN.

Please contact the company that sold you the phone. They will get it unblocked. After that stay away from MTN
