I just bought my new galaxy s21 plus from bin hindi store in bahrain 1.5 months ago and after that,i received a software update and i installed that but it had so many bugs and problems that it started causing basic calling and connectivity problems!!

Anyways,after i solved that problem,2 weeks later,another problem started

I left my phone on table and after a few mins, when i tried to use it,it just blacked out,

It wont even start or show any colors,it was just a completely useless black screen from the biggest android tech giant!!

And the worst part is that after i tried to turn it on using forced restart,it wont respond at all!

The i went to service center but unfortunately, due to the covid situation in bahrain, the service centers were closed and only one collection point was active for customers where they collect your phones and send it over to the engineers

And when i gave my phone to them,i told them that i just bought it and i was in warranty but she didnt reply properly and just told that we will contact you regarding cost and warranty,so i went home and waited for their call

But 2 days passed and they never called!  And then they just send a message that you have to pay 80 BHD for the repairing and now when i am trying to contact them, they just put me on hold telling that we are trying to connect you and please stay on the line!

I mean this kind of service from bin hindi is not at all appropriate and pathetic!!

We dont have to spend a penny if the phone is in warranty and if there is no accidental damage done by us..and in my case..it was none of the aboove

I had my phone in a perfect condition until it blacked out suddenly!
