I have already done that 3 times...no one seems to be helping S21 users...this is pathetic...

Recently many customers are facing this and its been sometime.
No news about any fixes yet, which doesn't sound great.

I guess it has more meaning when these are present within samsung community itself. It doesn't matter where we put. For anything to happen, samsung must decide it themselves.
