Today My s21 fe finally gets green line without any self issue. It's so pathetic . How can replace the display?.. samsung is cheating costamers ?

I would advise you to not contact the customer support at all.

Visit the official service centre with all the documentations (proof) ; i.e. the purchase receipt, warranty card (if you have any), and the packaging of the phone. The offer for free display replacement is only applicable for devices within 3 years of purchase (i.e. if your device is more than 3 years old, you are not eligible for the scheme).

The offer is valid till 30th September, 2025.

Please visit a higher level service centre for faster resolution.

Actually they are cheating they are relasing software which will again creat an issue i am suffering from this and then they will say it 1 time policy
How poor it is after selling a mobile and charger of 40k samsung are realsing a software update which cost a display whenever i update my mobile and they will say 1 time ploicy.

It is definetly a one time policy. Normally, nowadays nobody uses their phone for more than 3-4 years. Moreover, S22 has received most of its major OS upgrades till now; (One UI 8 being the final); The possibilities of the appearance of green line after the replacement is negligible and your phone's display should be fine till the completion of the major OS upgrades.

Okk let me tell you may be you are the one who changes your mobile within 3 year everytime ,but i m not the one who waste 40k in every 3 years for a mobile sorry for this bro!!
And as you support this then please read my timline
-January 23 i purachse s21 fe with charger( apporox 40k)
-they promised me to provide the major 4 android update ( ie upto 16 android and ONUI 8 and additional security patch for next 5 years which will complete in 2028 january .
- so you are telling that company's is expecting device for 5 years and as a consumer we should use 3 years wahhhh!!! 👏🙏
- first time i got this issue in 2024 near September. (After security patch update)
-and i asked from them aisa wapis toa nahi hoga naa ?? They said no sir it will not happen AGAIN.
- then now on 31 july 25 i again got an update from samsung security patch (which they realse every month i dont why they are relasing update if they are not capable!!) of july 1 st after that again got green line on my device
- i visited authorised samsung service center they said yes no physical and liquid damage it is due to update so i waited for 23 days spare parts to be arrive then they are saying only one time .
- they are the one who is responsible for all this if they dont have capabilities of R&D why samsung is promising us to provide updates just to take our money???
- android and onui software doesn't have problem with it but that faltu security patch wich they relased (i dont why they realse even they dont have capabilities to bare the cost of negative impact ) this security patch update has a problem which cost me display.
- so bro you are saying i should change the phone instead of using it within less than 3 years ??? Here you fail as a CONSUMER .
- please buy my phone bcz i used less than 3 year and it is still pending with 1 MAJOR UPDATE AND 2 YEARS SECURITY UPDATE , as i used it for 2.5 years would you buy a device from me ????
-and yes bro even if you pay 11 K for screen , then also they will not provide gurantee that this green line will not appears due to updates provide by samsung in near future?
- So you are ready to buy ?? Or ready to replace the screen bcz othere condition of mobile are good!!!😂

See bro, I totally understand your concern. Personally saying, I also don't like buying phones much. I plan for long term support for which I buy flagships and there has been no issue with them till date. I also understand that money doesn't grow on a tree. Also, our purchasing powers and necessities might be different.

Please visit the service centre and get your device fixed. If the issue is persistent and users continue to face this line issues then they might expand the free display replacement policy.

Yeah now you are , i brought this mobile so i can atlest use this for 4-5 years as they are providing latest update hence i brought one of the best series of SAMSUNG ie "S series" then why i should pay for the fault which is not done by me .&.. in last 2.5 year i m facing this issue twice ,it means SAMSUNG failed in their promised by providing update like this .

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.
