Hey folks,

Did u guys also notice fram drop issue in slow motion and super slow motion after 5.1 update in s21 fe exynos varient?

Is there any solution to fix this issue. Its very annoying and disappointing as well.

Hey i have found a solution for this as i have formated my phone and its fine for few days how er again after updating the samsung app, its strt again so this time i have manually uninstall few update in my phone. Pls try to uninstall all the update related to gallary editor tool as well as shadow, reflection and object eraser as well and then try the slow mo.

Pls read my latest comment on post. It is happening due to gallary editor app. Pls unistall the updates and check. It is working and already confirmed by few other user as well.

Pls check if u still have any updated app related to gallary or photo editor app. Pls keep in mind that object, shadow eraser is sepprate app if u check the installed system app. Pls uninstall all the update and disable auto update otherwise it will update the app in background and you will face the fram drop again. I have tried myself and same resolution help other as well and they have confirmed its working fine.

1) Please clear data or cache of Camera Application(Tap Settings>Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Cache/data)

2) Reset the Device:- Kindly create data backup of your device via SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite
How to reset :- Settings>General Management>Reset

In case the issue still occurs. Please register your concern in Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on error report > Type your query > Send).
