S21 fe heating and battery drain on ui 6.0

I have S21 FE and i updated the phone on andriod one 6.0 ui last night.

Since morning my phone is heating up on simple use.

My data and bluetooth is off, wifi is on, i am making calls and using whatsapp only.

My battery is also draining usually i use from 9am to 7pm daily in office and at 7pm my phone is at 25% to 30% but today i removed the charger at 9 am and at 1pm my phone is at 50%

Is anyone else having same issue?

Factory reset your phone. It will fix the issue.

Make a habit to always reset your Samsung device right after Android Version upgradation update.

if i factory reset the device wouldn't it downgrade the phone to previous software?

No. It wouldn't downgrade.

Dear remember you have to master reset your S21FE after upgrade there are some bugs which drains battery when you master reset your device it will work properly same issue I have faced with S23 FE after installing January 2024 security patch
